Shipping Policy

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan.

• Orders are processed after confirmation.
• Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.
• Delivery may take longer in remote areas, during public holidays or because of unforeseen courier delays.
• Customers must provide a complete and correct name, phone number and delivery address.
• Once an order has been dispatched, customers may be contacted by phone for delivery confirmation.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation.
• HZ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, unavailable recipients, weather conditions or courier-related issue
