Shipping Policy

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan.

Orders are processed after confirmation.
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.
Delivery may take longer in remote areas, during public holidays or because of unforeseen courier delays.
Customers must provide a complete and correct name, phone number and delivery address.
Once an order has been dispatched, customers may be contacted by phone for delivery confirmation.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation.
HZ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, unavailable recipients, weather conditions or courier-related issue
